In the true spirit of sisterhood and service, the Aiken Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. proudly hosted the Delta Free Market as part of its annual RED & REaDY Day of Service & Sisterhood.

The Public Service Committee of the Aiken Alumnae
Chapter hosted the annual Delta Day of Public Service at seven different Aiken and Edgefield County locations, including the Nurture Home in Aiken, SC. Led by Soror Nichole Henderson, this event took place on Saturday, March 15, phenomenally connecting the chapter to the community.

As part of this year’s service initiative, chapter members visited Helping Hands, a local nonprofit dedicated to supporting displaced children and youth. During the visit, Sorors redesigned and decorated a resident’s living space, bringing warmth, comfort, and a touch of home to the environment.

The Public Service Committee of the Aiken Alumnae Chapter hosted the annual Delta Day of Public Service at seven different Aiken and Edgefield County locations, including the Salvation Army in Aiken, SC. Led by Soror Nichole Henderson, this event took place on Saturday, March 15, phenomenally connecting the chapter to the community.

On February 11th, the Florence Alumnae Chapter and the South Carolina Social Action Committee of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. hosted Delta Days at the State Capitol.

The MLK Unity Fest Celebration took place on February 22, 2025 in Johnston, SC. The Edgefield Initiative Committee attended this event with much enthusiasm to represent the Aiken Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.

To kick off the year, Aiken Alumnae Chapter’s International Awareness and Involvement Committee shipped 20 boxes of empty pill bottles to support international medical care. Through the Chapter’s partnership with the Matthew 25 project, Aiken Alumnae incites community engagement to initiate contributions to underserved countries around the world.

The Aiken Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. is pleased to announce the launch of its Edgefield Scoping Initiative Committee in Edgefield County. The chapter joined the Feeding the Elderly Ministry at the Wild Turkey Federation in Edgefield for a day filled with connection, compassion, and service as they uplifted and supported the elders in the community.

The Aiken Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. continues its legacy of service to Aiken and Edgefield counties by preparing and distributing lunches, toiletries, and other essentials for the homeless.

The Aiken Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. is thrilled to announce the launch of its highly anticipated "Delta Red Tank" entrepreneurial competition, aimed at empowering college entrepreneurs in Aiken and Edgefield Counties.

On August 17, 2024, The Aiken Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority,
Inc. hosted a dynamic Sisterhood Retreat to engage chapter members, explore
team-building skills, and ultimately advance the Sorority's mission.

The Aiken Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. launched their programmatic year by donating personal hygiene bags to Aiken High School students.
